( About me )

Design systems fail when they outgrow their teams. I help them mature alongside their users into systems that scale.

Socio-technical systems

A design system is two things at once: the technical artifact, and the team that practices around it. Get one right without the other and it fails. I work both layers.

Migration at scale

Most enterprise systems weren't built for the scale they're now serving. The work is rarely a rebuild. It's migrating what exists toward what's needed, without breaking adoption.

Governance over docs

Documentation matters but never carries a system on its own. What keeps it useful at scale is the operational layer: the contribution model, the intake workflow, the deprecation discipline.
